Information we collect

Information you give us

• Employer requests (Hire Talent form): your name, company, work email, phone number, and details about the role, such as title, engagement type, location, start date, and description.
• Candidate profiles (Submit Your Profile form): your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn URL, current title, years of experience, specialties, engagement and relocation preferences, location, resume, and any notes you add.
• Email: anything you send us directly.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers or health information, in forms or resumes.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics: on www.cretalentgroup.com we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device, and browser. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or anything you type into a form to Google Analytics.
• Hosting logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure the site.
• Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and device signals to tell people from automated bots before a form is accepted.

How we use information

• To respond to employer requests and provide recruiting and staffing services.
• To review candidate profiles and contact candidates about relevant opportunities.
• To prepare candidate assessments for employers, only with the candidate's permission.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

• With employers, only with your permission. We never share a candidate's profile with an employer without the candidate's permission for that specific opportunity.
• With service providers that help us run our business and this website: Cloudflare (website hosting, spam protection, and secure storage of form submissions and resumes), Resend (delivery of internal notification emails to our team), and Google (website analytics). They may use the information only to provide services to us. Resumes are stored in private storage and are not sent by email.
• For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics choices

Google Analytics runs only on www.cretalentgroup.com and is configured with Google signals and ad personalization turned off. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep information

We keep employer and candidate information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@cretalentgroup.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
